The room was good the staff are amazing and very respectful and over all the price of the room was good considering other motels/hotels and their outrageous prices

Roaches. Bed bugs. Mold. Cigarette smell in room and bed. Burn sheets. Dirty towels.

Nothing (Staff was - friendly?)

− Everything. This place is disgusting and should be shut down immediately! The rooms are terrible. Worst experience ever! Ran out of there and found another place. DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! 🤢🤮

Nothing. At least there was running water I guess. And the ceiling light turned on.

− The light in the bathroom did not work, so a very broken lamp had been set up in there. There were many bugs in the room. When I first got to the room, the temperature inside was about 85 degrees, and the thermostat was barely working. When it did work, it would make an awfully loud continuous cracking snapping ringing noise, but not actually change the temperature in the room. The sheets were horribly stained, and the floors and walls were also very dirty. No toilet paper in the bathroom, aside from a clump stuck to the wall.

− L'isolation est une catastrophe. La lavabo tient sur un bout de bois. Le climatiseur n'était pas fixé et a laissé du jour tout autour, on pouvait voir dehors. Le meuble était déglingué.

I've stayed in worse...it was cheap and I got what I paid for.

There was hot water, unlike the last time I stayed in Toccoa. When I arrived, I was given a room with two beds, even though it was just me. The hotel was located extremely close to where I was meeting a friend for lunch the next morning.

− I requested a non-smoking room, and when I walked in, the stench of smoke hit me like a wall. There was no place to hang clothes or put luggage. The shower was tricky to operate, but I did figure it out and was able to get hot water.
