6.0Room was clean and comfortable. Good location.
− They were short on staff so office was closed and had to go to another hotel to register and sign up for breakfast. That was a real disappointment and a waste of our time.
Very disappointing
2.0We had to walk 3 tenths of a mile including crossing a 4- lane highway to the another property the inn operate to pick up our packaged breakfast. There wasn't any hot water in our bath room even after our repair request were made at 10 pm. Management never even try to remedy guest's inconvenience. Another thing, there wasn't any receptionist. We had to ask next door pizza house cook where we can check in. It turned out their parent inn called Brandon inn on the hill located 3 tenth mile away.
− Location of the inn was bad when the office and breakfast pick up place is too far on other side of 4 lane highway. There wasn't any hot water in our room and other guests I talked to. I talked to city official about lacking hot water at hotel. They agreed with me about serious county health code violation at this inn.
