− The receptionist's attitude ( the female one) was so arrogant and rude to the client when I booked 4 extra large bedroom for my group which was not fitted as she said. Her voice was so high during the discussion. That is not acceptable in the hospitality industry . Also, the breakfast was so bad not worth the amount I paid for.

− Everything about this hotel was disappointing. Nothing was clean—not just the room and bathroom, but also the hallways, reception, and even the swimming pool. The restaurant floor was tilted, so we had to keep an eye on our plates and glasses to stop them from sliding off the table. The pool looked so uninviting that neither I nor my child wanted to try it, even though we normally love swimming. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards.
