8.0Big room, comfortable bed, quiet, nice staff. No English but they had the wonderful Vian on speed dial who was fluent in English and incredibly helpful.
− Communication directly was difficult, no elevator or English tv, hand held shower, hard to find western breakfast

10.0The staff was helpful and friendly. They set us up with a bike rental, organized paid airport transfer and helped us in locating and ordering food. I couldn't recommend this place more. Nice balcony, excellent location with lots of food options nearby and AC and wifi worked great. Would stay again!
