Good for Backpacking and for short stay.
6.0Location was really good. The cost is reasonable for what it is. Relatively clean.
− They are not associated with the with Booking.com anymore. Good thing I called ahead the day before my date of reservations because they proceed to tell me that I don't have any reservations in their hotel (RED DOORZ Backpackers Mati) So, I made arrangements by phone call to reserve for 2 nights and paid directly at front desk. I had to call customer service from Booking.com to help me out to get a refunded on my previous reservations, since no connection with them. Booking .com did refund the money, so I am thankful for that. I hope booking.com they don't advertise on their website that they are connected to BACKPACKERS MATI hotel.
