− 部屋は暖房設備のみでした。 標高が高い涼しい立地だが、真夏の暑い時期に宿泊したため、室温が高くなり寝苦しかった。

8.0スタッフさんがとても親切で優しかった。スタッフさんは外国人の方が多かった。朝、夕食共お料理は美味しかった。泊まったお部屋はマウントビューではなかったが食事の会場や露天風呂からは天気が良かったので美しい山々が見られて満足した。

9.0立地が自然の中で山々が美しかった。 朝晩のバイキング方式の食事内容が、食材、調理、種類、全て、素晴らしかった。
− スタッフのホスピタリティは、良かったが、日本語がいまひとつなので、細かいことの確認がしにくかった。プール有料制は、ウェブサイトに掲載してほしい。マッサージチェア利用方法(料金、使用可否)は、その場にわかるように表示してほしい。

Amazing hotel that exceeded my expectations.
10.0The place was amazing - wide selection for breakfast, a public bath (including outdoor bath) that we could use for free, and a large spacious room. The place was also close to the sky park and sky lift which I wanted to go to. Everything I could have asked for and more!
