فندق خمس نجوم بالاسم فقط... إدارة ضعيفة وخدمات دون المستوى
3.0− للأسف كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق مخيبة للآمال بشكل كبير، ولا أرى أنه يستحق تصنيف خمس نجوم. حجزت ثلاث غرف ديلوكس لعائلتي، لكن مستوى الخدمات والمرافق كان بعيداً جداً عن المعايير المتوقعة من فندق خمس نجوم. أكثر ما أزعجني هو سوء الإدارة والإهمال الواضح في معظم مرافق الفندق. المسبح كان يعاني من ضعف النظافة، ولم ألاحظ وجود منقذين أو موظفين للإشراف على المسبح، كما لم تتوفر سترات نجاة أو إجراءات سلامة مناسبة. غرف تبديل الملابس والاستحمام كانت في حالة سيئة، والكثير من المرافق كان متسخاً أو معطلاً. منطقة الساونا كانت مهجورة بالكامل تقريباً، لا توجد مناشف أو خدمة أو موظفون، وبعض المرافق لا تعمل بالشكل المطلوب. أما الإفطار فكان دون المستوى بشكل واضح، ويفتقر إلى التنوع والجودة التي يفترض توفرها في فندق مصنف خمس نجوم. لقد أقمت في فنادق أقل تصنيفاً وكانت تقدم بوفيه إفطار أفضل بكثير. في الغرف، كانت أجهزة التلفزيون قديمة جداً وغير ذكية (غير Smart TV)، وبعضها لا يعمل بصورة صحيحة وكانت هناك مشاكل في القنوات والصوت. كذلك فإن نظام التكييف المركزي قديم ولا يمنح النزيل القدرة على التحكم المريح بدرجة الحرارة. أما الأسرة والمراتب فكانت غير مريحة، الأمر الذي أثر على جودة النوم خلال الإقامة. اضطررنا للحجز في هذا الفندق بسبب ازدحام فنادق دهوك خلال عطلة عيد الأضحى وعدم توفر خيارات أخرى مناسبة، لكن التجربة لم تكن بمستوى التوقعات إطلاقاً. شخصياً لن أكرر الإقامة في هذا الفندق، ولا أوصي به لمن يبحث عن تجربة حقيقية لفندق خمس نجوم.

− Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price. The rooms are old, the furniture is damaged and poorly maintained, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. The towels looked old and unclean, and the bathroom was in poor condition with several maintenance issues. The breakfast service was also very poor, with food running out and not being replenished. The restaurant was unclean, overcrowded, and understaffed. The location is good, but unfortunately the quality of the hotel does not justify the high price charged.

10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism shown by the team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. Thank you for such a great experience!
