6.0Ik heb vaak in dit hotel overnacht in de periode 2010-2015 en was nu eens in de gelegenheid terug te gaan. Er is sinds die tijd niets veranderd aan het interieur van de kamers, die standaard ingericht, maar wel netjes zijn; in een driesterrenhotel moet je ook niet meer verwachten. Er is geen airconditioning op de kamer, maar dat was afdoende ondervangen doordat er een ventilator neergezet was. Het hotel ligt dicht bij de snelweg en er is ruim voldoende eetgelegenheid op loopafstand, inclusief een Italiaans restaurant om de hoek.
− Er zat geen personeel aan de balie toen ik wilde inchecken (keurig binnen de gestelde tijden); ik moest uiteindelijk de keuken binnenlopen, helemaal aan het andere eind van het hotel, om een levende ziel te vinden die mij de sleutel wilde overhandigen; ook bij de checkout niemand gezien. De douchekop is lam en blijft niet meer boven aan de stang hangen. Het ontbijt is veel minder goed dan tien/vijftien jaar geleden. Geen pistoletjes meer, maar alleen stokbrood dat nauwelijks vers meer te noemen is; ook op het beleg is bezuinigd. Jammer!
