− The hotel refused to let the guest leave the hotel for a work appointment, keeping the guest locked in the premises. Over an issue that should have beenn discussed with company the guest worked for who made the booking. The director in charge called the reception to assure that the issue is being sorted but they still refused, using security to keep the guest locked in. The police almost had to be called to have the guest released, fortunately the staff in charge got to the hotel to sort out the payment issue.

− Inconsistent water. Restaurant out of food for certain dishes. Restaurant small and not many seats.
