1.0Было чисто. Завтрак был вкусным.
− Спа,ради которых мы приехали, не работали. О том, что они не работали было известно днём. Мы приехали после двух дня. Персонал нас об этом не предупредил. Деньги взяли ,но не предупредили,что спа не работают . Когда подошли с претензиями, нам предложили заплатить за другой спа в размере 50 евро на двоих. Но мы сняли номер,куда и входил спа,комната,и завтрак. Вернуть деньги нам отказались. Очень разочарованы.
