Budget hotel with 5* experience
9.0What a fabulous find, basic, budget, traditional, family run hotel, close to the main gondola, ski hire, apres bars and great restaurants. What it lacked in luxury, was certainly made up for in the warm, friendly welcome of the owners Marianna and her husband, who went over and above to make our stay as 5 star as possible, including arranging airport transfers, very late check-in, super toasty room, freshly cooked omelette every morning, and by far, the best coffee in Bansko!!! Excellent value for money and would definitely stay again if ever I return.
− Maybe a dust behind the radiator and under the bed would have been good but that's me being very pernickety!!!
