− - Pas très propres - Salle de bain sale, moisissure sur les joints de carrelage, porte pas étanche, lavabo bouché, ventilation fonctionne pas - Transformateur électrique qui pends sous le meuble tv danger de choc électrique - Litterie inconfortable - Petit déjeuner horrible sauf les petits pains (Uštipci) qui sont très bon

5.0واحدة من موظفات الاستقبال فقط كانت متعاونه تم دفع مبلغ السكن لديها واعادت لنا تنظيف الغرفة. مسؤل المطعم ممتاز قدم لنا بيتزا لذيذة وبعض البسكويت مع الشاي.
− طاقم الاستقبال كان سيء عدا احدى الموظفات التي وجدناها عند الدخول واعادت لنا تنظيف الغرفة مره آخرى لأنها لم تنظف بالشكل الصحيح وكان يوجد بها بعض الحشرات الصغيرة. الفطور كان عادي جدا افضل الإفطار خارج الفندق. بالنسبة لموظف المطعم كان رائعا واستقبالنا بكل حفاوه وحب اكلنا عنده بيتزا كانت لذيذه جدا.
