So werde ich gerne in einem Hotel empfangen, von Menschen und nicht von Maschinen.
10.0Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, habe einen guten Restauranttipp erhalten und komme gerne wieder ins Locanda zurück, wenn ich wieder mal in Basel übernachten muss. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und doch ist das Zentrum mit diversen Läden und Restaurant nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hotel entfernt.

9.0Excellent location for Basel Messe/Convention Center. Simple room, very clean and quiet. Good, efficient breakfast. Friendly staff. Everything you need and nothing more. Excellent value for money. The hotel has no particular charm, so I probably wouldn't come as a tourist (unless on a tight budget) but it was just perfect for attending a conference at the Convention Center.
− There were no block-out curtains, and the window overlooked an inner courtyard, so I had to change in the bathroom and woke up earlier than necessary because of the light.

8.0Total zentrale Lage, gute Erreichbarkeit zu Fuss. Sehr freundliche Betreuung, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind freundlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet.
− Für die zentrale Lage muss man etwas Lärm von draussen in Kauf nehmen. Die Fenster sind jedoch sehr gut isoliert und dadurch ist ein ruhig.
