9.0Posto tranquillo, località piacevole e posizione molto vicina alla natura. Edificio storico, caratterizzato da arredamento di buon gusto. Cucina semplice ma di alta qualità. Mi è stata servita un'eccellente trota al forno e l'ho gustata contemplando la serenità della montagna.

10.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Der Chef ist ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das historische Haus wurde sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll renoviert. Die Zimmer haben ihren ursprünglichen Charme bewahrt und schaffen eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Und das Beste zum Schluss: Der Chef fährt selbst Moto Guzzi – da fühlt man sich als Motorradfahrer natürlich sofort willkommen! 😊 Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein perfektes Hotelzimmer mit einem sehr aufmerksamen Service inmitten eines sehr schönen Tales.
10.0Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen im Calancatal, aber dies ist gerade der Reiz. Die Ruhe ist aussergewöhnlich.

9.0Perfect hosts, who is also a fantastic cook. The cheese - and cold cuts platter as the first course of the diner was full of regional products. And the main courses were delicious. Tasty breakfast. Easy parking. We totally recommend Ai Cav for a relaxing stay in Val Calanca.
