8.0It was a quiet neighbourhood.
− We chose this place because it advertised laundry facilities. However, when we arrived to check in, we were informed that this service was not available. Instead, we were told the nearest laundrette was about a 15-minute walk away. One of the main reasons we booked this accommodation was the convenience of being able to do our laundry on-site, so this was very disappointing.
