− Von Seiten des Hotels wurde uns anstelle der gebuchten zwei Deluxe-Doppelzimmer ein Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern aber nur einem Bad gegeben (dass laut Buchungsmaske über 120 € weniger gekostet hätte). Eigentlich wollten die uns wegen irgendeines Problems ganz umbuchen! Wir wollten aber weder ein Wohnzimmer noch eine Küche! Eigene Bäder für mich und meine Frau einerseits sowie meine Schwiegermutter andererseits wären uns aber wichtig gewesen! Die "kostenlosen Pflegeprodukte" waren ebenfalls nicht vorhanden, die Bitte nach Duschgel oder wenigstens Seife konnte nicht erfüllt werden! Insgesamt gestaltete sich unser Aufenthalt somit sehr unerfreulich.
