− THERE IS NO PROPERTY! it is scam! I already have to pay via OYO, but no refund. Please admin booking.com delist this property. I have to find another place to stay, and the admin didnt respond. Scam!
Nightmare in Batam
1.0− We were not accepted in the hotel and the staff told us to find another place to sleep. We had already payed online for our stay and never got refunded... Very bad experience with Oyo we do not recommend.
