− Staff is underwhelming. No hangers. Blanket is small for a double or queen-sized bed.

3.0− The room was overpriced considering the room doesn’t have its own Toilet and Bathroom. Even cheap motels have T/B inside the room. I have to upgrade my room and pay additional 500 php to get a room with T/B inside. The door has no double-lock as well.
Nice, but expensive rooms.
7.0Very cute and cozy hotel with spotlessly clean room with Aircon, desk and chairs. The young lady who checked me in, was super friendly and spoke excellent English. Helped me with information regarding onward transport. The WiFi is superb. There is a really cozy bar/ restaurant downstairs. There's a great selection of snacks and drinks available, both there, in the reception and in the room. Free hot drinks at all times, including creamer, also free drinking water. Towels, toiletries and toilet paper supplied. The location is good, within walking distance to the Jeepney terminal.
− It's exorbitantly expensive for what you are getting. Cheating on Booking.com doesn't go down very well with me. This is the worst deliberate falsification of facilities I've ever encountered in the Philippines. It doesn't say in the description that the EXPENSIVE room you booked has a shared bathroom. After you book, you get a message saying that you can upgrade when you arrive, as if you are willing to pay MORE! I don't mind the shared bathroom, but at the RIGHT price. USD 40 for 1 person, for a common bathroom IS exorbitant. It DID say in the description, that the room had a balcony. Well, it doesn't, unless you upgrade! There's a tiny shared balcony with 1 table and 2 chairs. Luckily Philippians don't like the outdoors too much, so it was available when I wanted it. The payment cards they accept are listed on Booking.com, but their card machine 'didn't work'. Really good, when the ATMs in town didn't take foreign cards...or looked completely unsafe. The location on Booking .com is wrong. It's just off the main road into town. Maps.me has both locations. The bedlamp didn't work. It had a USB plug! while the socket was a normal socket.
