− the staff where horrible they were rude the told me when I rang them I could pay cash i got there they denied saying that they were rude disrespectful and couldn't care less about helping people like myself ill never step foot in there again

7.0The budget room was clean and the bed was comfy. But the bathroom is designed for small people, the shower door was really really narrow. This could be important information for a person with a bigger size body. Also when checking out, the reception wasnt open yet, there was no mailbox where to leave the keys and the hotel staff hadnt guided me where to leave the keys when checking out so that was bit confusing, luckily i managed to see a housekeeper who i left the keys when checking out.
