10.0From the staff all the way to the owner..everyone was friendly and welcoming. This was my first time experience in zanzibar and having stayed at opera hotel made it more beautiful. I was celebrating my birthday and the staff sang for me in the morning during breakfast, decorated my room .What a way to start my day.I loved everything ,the food...Elba from the resturant...such a passionate young man.The best experience ever

9.0Honnêtement je ne m’attendais pas à autant aimer mon séjour, je n’avais pas d’attente particulière mais c’était incroyable !! Tout d’abord le personnel, que ce soit de la gérante, aux serveurs qui prenaient le temps de retenir nos prénoms, aux femmes de ménages…tous étaient adorable et au petit soin. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était très bien ! Situe juste en face du RIU, il était proche des plages de Kendwa et Nungwi L’hôtel en lui même est magnifique, très propre, calme. Les chambres étaient grandes, spacieuse avec tous le nécessaire. Le restaurant bar de l’hôtel était très bon, avec un petit déjeuner varié Prenez le temps de faire des massages au SPA : de qualité et à prix très accessible Bref je n’ai que du positif à dire de cet hôtel, c’est sûr que si je reviens à Zanzibar j’y retournerai !

It was decent liked our stay aside from the size of the beds and the duvet were very light

− Il materasso era un po’ duro e mi ha causato mal di schiena, ma questo va a gusto personale. L’hotel non è direttamente sul mare ma la prima spiaggia dista a circa 10 min a piedi dalla struttura
