Amazing stay! From the moment u wake up till you go to bed, Alannia staff knows how to keep you entertained.
10.0It’s location. Walking distance to everything.
− Just that the restaurant closes at 10:30, it should be available till 12 PM or at least have another alternative within the resort.
DECEPCION
6.0EL EQUIPO DE ANIMACIÓN
− Es un resort familiar, durante toda la estancia tuvimos que soportar equipos de fútbol (stage) de grupos de niños, liándola en todas las piscinas sin dejar al resto de niños pequeños disfrutar con libertad, además de alguna que otra noche liándola en la pista de fútbol, fuimos a recepción en varias ocasiones y NO se hizo nada, en el comedor era HORRIBLE servirte la comida todo lleno de equipos, niños sin respetar turnos y dando voces, sinceramente ha sido una DECEPCIÓN, los pobres socorristas no daban abasto, tenían que venir el personal de seguridad y no servía de nada

8.0The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep throughout the stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the location was ideal. Overall, it was a brilliant experience from start to finish.
− The only issue we had was that our room's fridge wasn't working. Luckily, we were able to store our food in a family member's fridge, so it didn't ruin our stay.

− Que no había control a la hora de las hamacas de la piscina ya que la gente 1 hora antes de la apertura ya están haciendo fila y tiran las toallas y luego no están allí. Y las actuaciones podrian mejorar.
