A la fois à l'écart des lieux très fréquentés et proche de tout. Un emplacement idéal et reposant.
9.0Il s'agit d'une guest house et non d'un hôtel, donc pas de réception ni de petit-déjeuner, en revanche la réactivité, la gentillesse et l'efficacité de Marika dans les échanges et sur place ont rendu le séjour très agréable. tout est fait pour le bien être des hôtes. Y compris les conseils de restaurants qui se sont avérés très justes. A noter : bouilloire et cafetière à capsule, avec un réassortiment régulier et généreux.

9.0Emplacement idéal pour explorer Venise sans être au cœur de la foule touristique. Liaison très pratique avec l'aéroport. Proximité de commerces et de restaurant fréquentés par les vénitiens.
Quiet and quaint
9.0We arrived by the train from Florence and took a boat into the dock, which was within a 5 minute walking distance from the room which was very convenient. It was a quiet area, within walking distance of several restaurants.
− The room was on the smaller side compared to other places we have stayed. The biggest downside is having to meet with someone prior to getting in, especially when you don’t pay for cellphone services. I like when I can allow myself in.
