1.0The room was not proper. AC was licking at 11.30 PM. I have to be forced to sleep in a lower room which I have booked. I have left the room next but no refund has been made. .

− from the prize perspective they could have provided more neat service. the toothpaste and towels were mssing from room. they provided clean towels but toothpaste wasn't given as part of toileteries.

5.0Sedimented bucket&mug in bath room. Main tap broken and shaking. Wash basin tap is projecting more and was not convenient for washing face. Health fasat hose leaking and cause water spreading near the toilet.
