8.0It was clean and basic, ideal for my short stay.
Very comforter a few days ago
8.0We were waiting in Mumbai to pick up a cruise ship and this hotel was selected by the cruise company for us to stay in while we were awaiting. All the staff were very helpful and very friendly, not all of them could speak English well, but they all tried to make an effort. The room was a good size and the bathroom was big. The shower did not always have hot water, the temperature varied from tepid to warm. The hotel staff were very attentive, asking if we had laundry to do, delivered two bottles of water each day, and check the mini bar each day to see if anything had been consumed Asif, on the front desk, tried very hard to help us with the problem we had had at the airport, and while we were unsuccessful in resolving the problem. (nothing to do with the hotel) he did an excellent job over two days of effort. The area around the hotel was typical Mumbai, crowded, dusty, with lots of little shops selling all kinds of things. My wife bought several Indian dresses in a shop just next door and we were very happy with those purchases.
