4.0Lokalita, bazén ( i když na stránkách hotelu se píše že je vyhřívaný a ve skutečnosti tomu tak není), pokoj je čistý, dobře zařízený.
− Snídaně, velmi chudé a nedostačující. za vše si musíte připlatit, i za půjčení koulí na kulečník. Chybí personál, pán z recepce je zároveň číšník na baru a kvalita servisu tomu odpovídá. Celkově máte pocit že v hotelu není nic v ceně a platíte jen za fasádu a vzhled hotelu. Tenhle pocit podtrhuje zředěný džus u snídaně...

10.0Nebylo to první ani poslední ubytování v tomto luxusu . Vynikající lokalita,hlavně klidná! Profesionální personál, jednoznačně 10/10 . Velký výběr jídla a vše moc chutné. Pokoje krásně čisté ,člověk si opravdu připadá jako na zámku. Skvělý wellnes ,člověk si hezky odpočine a nabere nové síly. Už teď se moc těšíme až se sem vrátíme ❤️

9.0Das Chateau liegt Mega romantisch neben einem Teich. Die neue Ausstattung, die historisch wirken sollte, ist perfekt. Überall Bilder mit Sissi end co Die Blumen im Flur waren echt und haben umwerfend gerochen. Die Begehbare Dusche ist sehr groß. Bad sehr gemütlich und hell. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und wie für eine Prinzessin. Das Scheibentelefon funktioniert! Garage ist groß! Die gebuchte Massagen waren echt toll und entspannend, absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.
− Das Abendessen und Frühstückt waren ziemlich bescheiden. Wenn man zu spät kam, gab es einiges nicht mehr aber wenn man nachgefragt hat, wurde alles gemacht. In so einem Ambiente hätte ich vom Personal mehr erwartet. Kellner am Abend waren nur ok. Rezeption ziemlich gelangweilt. Wenn man die Fenster zu den Gleisen hat, hört man alle Stunde den Zug aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
