Friendly host. Nice garden to relax in. It was rather quiet. Fast WiFi. Great location near supermarkets and restaurants. Good value for money.

Very good value. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. They have made us very welcome. Close to all the trekking shops and supermarkets. Comfortable room which stayed cool even in the very hot weather. Lovely garden and outdoor space for sitting. Place to store our luggage while trekking. Beautiful white cat! Cherry trees in garden

The property is a great value for money hotel in Skardu. The facilities are basic but adequate and everything works. The WiFi is strong by Pakistan standards. If you are a backpacker it is a wonderful place to meet other backpackers. The manager is very helpful.

As Naqueeb says, "Here, you're our guest, not a tourist." This perfectly sums up our stay.

After our first week here, we saw no reason to move. The comfort, hospitality, and convenience of this guest house made it an easy choice to stay for the rest of our visit. One of the biggest advantages of this guest house is its location. Several popular attractions and trekking routes are within walking distance, making it easy to explore Skardu without needing a car or motorbike. Nearby attractions include Karpocho Fort, Organic Village, Manthal Buddha Rock, and Manthal Ringchan Rock. If you enjoy longer hikes, you can even trek to Hussainabad for Marsur Rock or continue on to Sadpara Lake and the Katpana Desert. The owner, Naqueeb bhai, is one of the highlights of the experience. He is always happy to share local tips, recommend places to visit, and help arrange transportation and trekking bookings—especially useful for first-time visitors to Skardu. He seems to have mastered the art of hospitality not from a textbook, but through experience at a remarkably young age. (And as a fun bonus: you might even earn yourself a free dinner if you can guess his age!) The rooms are cleaned and bed sheets are changed promptly whenever requested, helping keep our stay comfortable throughout. What truly sets this guest house apart is its genuine hospitality. The owner and staff consistently provided the same level of care, warmth, and attention to detail that we experienced on our very first day. If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Skardu—with hosts who genuinely care about their guests—this guest house is an easy recommendation.

Perfect Guesthouse in Skardu

Stayed here in total 6nights. The guesthouse has all what you need. Hotwater, Wifi, a cute garden to chill and a good location for bazar, food and supermarket. The best thing however is the owner Naqeeb who helps with really everything you need. He organised me motobikes to take me to places, brought me himself to places, has great ideas on what to do. I will definitely stay here again and can only highly recommend it to everyone incl. solo travelers.
