9.0Passano ogni giorno a pulire la stanza, il bagno, a cambiare asciugamani usati, aggiungere carta igienica e saponi.
− Sarebbe bello avere una bottiglietta d acqua nel frigo ed un piccolo stendipanni sul balcone.
Ci tornerei?? Non lo so ,ma non per la struttura o altro ma perché non ci sta molto da vedere o visitare.
8.0Struttura pulita e ordinata, vicino sia alla stazione ,alla spiaggia ( se prendete a pagamento l’ombrellone nei lidi vicino)e al centro.
− Il proprietario non ha saputo gestire un inconveniente creato tra me e la persona addetta alla pulizia. Non mi aveva detto che potevo avere una 2 opzione per quanta riguarda la spiaggia .. è vero che nel prezzo era compresa un ombrello con due sedie sdraio ,ma non mi aspettavo che si trovava a 15 minuti dall’albergo. Nonostante questi piccoli inconvenienti io e le mie figlie abbiamo passato un bel week-end in totale relax.

− Lo staff … ho versato la tassa di soggiorno e non ho ricevuto il resto. Comunicazione per il check in non molto chiara . Volevo restare qualche ora in più pagando il supplemento come da loro regolamento ma mi hanno prima detto che erano al completo per poi dirmi che se volevo restare qualche ora in più dovevo pagare la notte intera. La rubinetteria del bagno è datata ed arrugginita . Peccato perché Albenga è la mia meta estiva fissa . Sarei tornata volentieri se avessi avuto un trattamento diverso
