8.0The Location was great. Overall stay was great, actually.
− I just didn't like when I ask for a new mat for the toilet, they had given me a new one without removing the old mat which was soaking wet and dripping. I guess it was understandable as I ask a trainee? I wasn't sure if it was a trainee as their uniform was different from the rest. Apart from that, everyting was okay.

4.0− I was unhappy with the room I booked. They downgraded me,but still charged me full price. They claimed it was because of booking.com They couldn't adjust the price. If that's true? You need to review your policy! Kind regard Thomas
