terrible service, Instagram nightmare
3.0the room itself is gorgeous, and it's a great location
− The service was pretty terrible. Repeatedly the front door was shut on us as we went through with a pram, very little help or just basic hospitality was provided. the most basic requests were refused such as a cup of tea at breakfast!? (not till 11am when there is a barista!) bizarre given we were the only guests to at least 4 staff. we asked for water and someone came to our room while my wife was asleep and dumped a packet of water bottles on the floor without a word. frankly it was really bizarre. the hotel itself seems to be predominantly for Instagram marketing. a real shame given how beautiful the rooms are.

9.0This is a stunningly designed property with an elegant and peaceful ambience in a wonderful location. Very special! The rooms are very well sized and set up and the staff at check in were great.
− Breakfast is a little unusual- pre ordered and the menu feels more like lunch, especially if you don’t eat eggs! Food is still very good though.

10.0Я была в восторге от интерьера. Очень красиво, просторно, стильно и атмосферно. Завтрак - восторг! Фантастически вкусно и очень красиво. В отеле хочется фоткать каждый уголок.
− - в номере очень шумно из-за дороги (но если вы, как и я нечувствительны к шуму - это вообще не минус. - на столе были муравьи, я сказала персоналу - сделали повторную уборку, больше меня это не беспокоило. Так что может быть это и не минусы для вас.
