− Leider war der Saunameister krank, der ist einfach Spitze. War eigentlich der Grund für unser wiederkommen. Nun müssen wir wohl noch einmal kommen. Etwas übertrieben finden wir als Deutsche die Badekappenpflicht- gibt es bei uns nicht

8.0Mi sono piaciuti molto la qualità dell'hotel, la pulizia degli ambienti, il comfort della struttura e la cortesia del personale, nel complesso sempre disponibile. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e l'esperienza complessiva è stata molto positiva.
− L'aspetto che mi ha soddisfatto meno è stato il servizio della cucina. Il personale di sala non è sembrato particolarmente accogliente e, in alcuni momenti, abbiamo avuto l'impressione di non essere clienti graditi. Inoltre, quando alcuni piatti del buffet terminavano, non venivano riforniti con sufficiente tempestività, riducendo la scelta a disposizione degli ospiti.
