7.0Great location, right on the beautiful ocean beach, which can be seen and heard from the room balcony Room is quite large and the shower is clean.
− Contrary to what is stated in the room description, there are no cable channels on the TV (In my case this was critical as I was planning to watch FIFA World Cup matches). The staff tried to install various apps but to no avail and it was only on the second night that the problem was fixed. The hotel owner did not think this warranted any compensation. The extra beds for our children were not comfortable at all and only when we raised the issue, we were given another room with better beds (which were also no that comfortable). The staff are nice but do not speak English, which made communication difficult. The room description states that guests are given a tour of the turtle hatchery and we thought this was the hotel's hatchery or a perk for its guests. In fact, we were taken to a hatchery that is open to the public and asks for donations after the tour.

Overall the staff and location and accommodation are excellent and a great place to spend a few days.

10.0A very good hotel. The beach is magnificent. The staff was helpful with everything. Good breakfasts. You will have a feeling of privacy
− Keep in mind that there are no other restaurants nearby. But you can always get something to eat at the hotel bar.
