1.0Pictures are not the same as the live experience. Had to cancel and book somewhere else.
− The building we came around 5pm passages are dark, doors its like i am in the ghetto.
My experiance was unpleasent.
1.0I had booked accommodation to attend an event at Sun City, as the location was ideal for my purpose.
− The chalet was not properly cleaned, as there was dust under the beds. In addition, there was no hot water coming from the taps. We reported the issue and were informed that a maintenance technician would be sent to assist us, but no one ever arrived. When we checked out, we enquired about the matter at reception and were told that the maintenance technician had gone to a different chalet. This was definitely unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money we spent on our stay. I would have expected a much higher standard of service and responsiveness.
