− Des idées d'amélioration : des animations, une petite salle de jeux pour enfants. Et le petit déjeuner a été amélioré par rapport à l'année dernière mais reste limité... Mon côté commerciale ressort! Contactez moi!

2.0La chambre est spacieuse très joliment décorée
− Coupure d'électricité, Coupure d'eau, spa non fonctionnel , emplacement, ( c'est noté à 700m de plage mais on a découvert que c'est en vol d'oiseau, la vérité il est à 2500 - 3000 m en passant dans des endroits où les habitants jettent leurs ordures partout )
Sinon ça s’est très bien passé niveau spa piscine la gentillesse des réceptionnistes rien à dire
10.0Le personnel et la femme de ménage sont très serviables
− Au petit déjeuner y a de la glace à côté, avec ma sœur on ne savait pas que c’était pour le déjeuner etc car c’est pas précisé, bah ce qui était choquant c’est que le serveur du bar nous a dit de ne pas en prendre! C’est pas digne d’un service 5 étoiles surtout que deux coupes de glace c’est rien quoi pour un HÔTEL 5*, très déçue de ça! Puis ces serveurs ils parlent un peu trop entre eux à voix haute à coté du buffet au petit dej c’est dérangeant et pas plaisant.. Puis une ampoule grillée qui n’a pas été changée le jour même..
