− Staff were very unfriendly and not very helpful. Arrived and did not have air-conditioning. When we requested a room with air-conditioning we were told none available. When I looked on booking.com saw there was indeed 1 available. We had to carry our bags up and down 2 flights of stairs. No one offered to help. Did not expect this from a 4 star hotel.
