− Our room was like a sauna !! We did ask for extra fan which they provided but it just blew the hot air around . Our room really needed a ceiling fan !! The window barely opens and there is no air circulation!! Very very disappointing!

10.0Close to M11 so easy by car. 100% secure location. Staff helpful . Accommodation first class. Bar and light meal excellent. Breakfast cooked to order perfect.

− A little bit hard to find the room in the very attractive surroundings of the campus
Nice location, but they dont have aircon in the rooms
2.0− No aircon. The Google profile clearly states aircon, but actually only 50% of the rooms have aircon. Staff even apologised as they said “it happens all the time, we’ve asked to have the description updated, but it still is wrong”. So we had no aircon, a window that opens 8 inches and a room that was hotter than the outside 34°C. Not nice.
