6.0Location is good and the room was bright and spacious. The guy on reception was very nice and very helpful.
− Bathroom dirty, particularly around shower gel/shampoo dispensers. Quite a few dead flies in bathroom and room. Wi-Fi only accessible in lobby!

Spacious rewarding room to relax after the trekking and nice massage
8.0Receptionist was awesome, she knew how to speak English, and sadly was on almost on 24hours shift. She was my host from check in all the way to check out, moreover she was the one delivered my room service dinner, laundry collection/delivery plus saw once was dealing with some angry russian customer over room wifi. Hand down to her, sadly didn't get her name but probably is the only female receptionist who can communicate in English. Plus massage was great (honestly best one I had so far). I wanted more second day but didn't have time. And room was clean and very spacious.
− It took very long for the hot water to start in shower.
