10.0This was my 4th time staying at the Arran Lodge & Sleep Huts and it was another perfect experience. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the Huts and Kitchen are super clean and appointed really well. I will definitely be back :)
Overall Im happy but I could definitely be happier
5.0− The hill to the sleep huts was awful, no heads up about it or nothing so it was very bad for someone with breathing problems (aka myself) The pillows are hard but that’s cause I like soft only (sorry I’m picky) Staff were ok… cleaning staff were a bit rude. I left my charger and she SHOUTED from a good few feet away with an attitude (eh excuse me you’ve forgotten something and also where’s my towel) Ya! She accused me of taken a towel and didn’t give my charger back until I told her It was in the bathroom! They also don’t provide any food and the shops are half an hour walk away
