8.0Very very friendly staff. They were very helpful with our requests.
− The room provided to me was not well maintained. But I refused to infrom them during the stay. 1: toilet flush not working. 2: bathroom room door ventination broken, mosquitoes and bad smell from toiltet entering the room continously. So had to keep the windows open despite hot weather.

1.0We booked the room deluxe double with balcony but they provided without balcony after asking frequently upto sales manager doit next day they changed the room this is not good .
