8.0Blízko na MHD, do centra i do Auparku. Klimatizace na pokoji. Na přespání naprosto vyhovující.
− Budova z venku vypadá velmi zanedbaně, zevnitř je to naštěstí o dost lepší, ale jde vidět, že si vybavení již něco zažilo (např. nedovírající dveře do koupelny).
