Pool was great, due to room issues we were not happy

− Pool closes at 7pm Booked and paid for a deluxe room with Balcony, The rooms we were allocated seemed to be a standard room on the ground level without a balcony according to staff we asked. Pictures are deceiving, not what you pay for and get. Asked for fresh towels by leaving them in the shower so housekeeping would know to replace to find that the same used towels were folded and left in the room. What was worse was we were next to a pump room continually operating 24hrs a day causing sleepless nights. We approached management the nets day he said he knew what the cause was and that he would fix it. NOTHING was done. Room 106 DO NOT stay in that room if allocated for your stay

6.0La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda per visitare l'isola. Utilissimo il servizio di transfer da/per l'aereporto (a pagamento) e per la spiaggia di Tsilivi (gratuito). Se volete affittare un auto, uno scooter o un quad il personale dell'hotel può aiutarvi e farvi trovare direttamente il vostro mezzo in hotel.
− Il condizionatore è abbastanza rumoroso. L'anta dell'armadio era rotta e non lo abbiamo potuto utilizzare per riporre i vestiti. Il bagno non dà esattamente privacy, sono pareti di vetro opacizzato. La colazione è perlopiù salata, per il dolce c'è davvero poca scelta. Gli asciugamani dopo 3 giorni non sono stati sostituiti.
