Appena fuori dal centro in posizione tranquilla, immerso nel verde.

− Poca scelta per la colazione, la piscina era chiusa ma penso che fosse solo perché era inizio stagione.

La struttura immersa nel verde trasmette tranquillità e permette di rilassarsi completamente. Le camere sono arredate in stile tipicamente eoliano. La piscina vista Vulcano regala un panorama unico. Un ringraziamento speciale va al direttore,il signor Maurizio, e al suo staff che fin dal primo momento si sono mostrati disponibili e cordiali, pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza con grande gentilezza. Sono rimasta soddisfatta anche della colazione ricca, abbondante e molto varia, tutti i prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità.

Ok, ma si potrebbe fare di più in termini di pulizia e cura in generale delle camere

An hotel which needs repairing and care

Ok location close to the main point of attraction and to the city center. The air conditioning.

− The owner was clear and kind about the room availability. We got back around 4pm and unfortunately the check-in was done by a young man (owner’s son) who just opened the room door to us and told us how to switch on/off the electricity in the room with a key. He did not provide us any info on the room, neither on the WiFi, furthermore he did show me the safe but he did not bring with him the key to allow us to use it. I had to go and ask for the key. The water came on and off a coupe of times. I was unlucky because I desperately needed a shower but something got broken and need replacement just while I was having my shower. The owner adjusted it and finally I was able to have a shower. I appreciate the fact that this can happen and take some time in any other place in an island Ike this. The doors of the shower would not close and the water spilled everywhere in the bathroom. The room and bathroom had like 60 between small flies and mosquitoes in it. With my son we were shocked but maybe it is only our problem because none never mentioned this in any of the comments left for the place otherwise I would have never booked it. A cleaner very kindly sprayed the room and put a machine inside. She said it was due to the trees around but honestly this does not justify for me the outcome. A machine should be placed permanently in the rooms and some nets to the doors and windows could be added as I found them in many other hotels in the aeolian islands. The owner seemed to be a nice person but I would definitely not get back.
