Once again, Rila Hotel proved to be an excellent choice
10.0This was our fifth time staying here, and once again, the experience was excellent. We have visited both during the ski season and in the summer, and every stay has been enjoyable. The free parking and the warm welcome we receive each time make us feel right at home. On this occasion, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from a park-view room to one with a beautiful view of the slopes. The breakfast was delicious, the spa and swimming pool were immaculate, and the entire property was very well maintained. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the neighborhood, which is quiet, clean, and surrounded by wonderfully fresh mountain air. Highly recommended.
− The tea and coffee supplies in the room were replenished inconsistently, sometimes with just one sachet and other times with two, which seemed rather strange.

7.0The location of hotel Rila is perfect. Also it has huge parking. All of the stuff who works there is very polite and professional.
− The first time when I had visited this hotel was 23-5 years ago, thats when they started renewing the hotel, now days it looks aged as well. Maybe the outside looks modern for a place like Borovets but the rooms are aged. Dinner in way smaller hotels have many options and don’t serve the same food who wasn’t eaten the day before ( for example croissants ).
