8.0Great breakfasts. Free spa is great. Discrepancy with the room bill was very quickly rectified.
− Extremely noisy pigeons outside the bedroom window- 4.30 am onwards. Get a hawk and reduce the numbers. Doors banging from other guests. I asked for a quiet room if possible. We stayed in room 23 last year and this was extremely quiet. The floor of the swimming pool and surrounding areas need deep cleaning and scrubbing.
Didn’t end up staying and still waiting for a call from the manager after being told he would call me back 4 times
