− Muy sucio. Primer día pelos en el lavabo, ducha muy sucia. No limpian. Desayuno muy malo.

8.0Es un hotel sencillo, pero está limpio y la ubicación es fenomenal, a un paso de la plaza y tranquilo
− Es una cosa que no tiene solución, enfrente está el parking de la estación de autobuses y a las 6 de la mañana empieza a haber ruido
Razonable pero necesita mantenimiento
4.0Los trabajadores son muy amables. El precio es razonable para la zona y las instalaciones. El desayuno estaba bien aun que algunos objetos estaban sucios.
− Estaba realmente sucio y dejado. En el baño de la habitacion se veia moho y la puerta inflada de haber sufrido alguna inundacion. Necesita una reforma o mantenimiento de forma urgente.
Molt ben ubicat per gaudir del Baztan.
