Disappointing Stay
1.0− Fortunately, we only needed the hotel for half a day. The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was in terrible condition, the front door was broken, and the young receptionist at check-in didn’t greet us at all – no “hello” or “goodbye,” which made us feel very unwelcome. The only highlight was the evening receptionist, who was genuinely friendly and at least greeted us with a smile.
