2.0There was water coming from the floor and they refused to give a refund. This was my last option and I still didn’t stay I took the Lq?

2.0I did not stay at that hotel. The access card for the room did not work and they said they would have to open the door with a crowbar for me to even enter and stay there. The hotel is not safe it is not clean and I’m going to expect a full refund for the stay. If I do not get that within seven days, I will file a dispute with my credit card company directly.
