2.0the stuff was very polite and helpful. pool was nice, they also bring snacks and ice cream to the pool.
− the hotel puts all the effort to appear instagramic for a pictures. The actual room we were assigned though (Surfers hut) was a disaster. I saw other people commenting on this and i shouldnt have ignored it. AC is not working properly, remote control of the AC also was not working for a distance further than 30cm. we woke up sick both mornings. bathroom is open air which they never mention anywhere. that leads to bugs coming in the bathroom and then into bedroom. also Wifi is TERRIBLE. it was the most expensive hotel of our holiday.

10.0This hotel was a pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations . The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, always friendly and attentive. Breakfast offered a great selection of options, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

10.0Fantastic quirky place with lovely friendly staff who brought daily gifts. The shortbread biscuits were delicious and I loved the swimming pools.
− The shower. It’s fantastic and unique but by day 3 I just wanted a normal shower. Yes I know third world problem and in the scheme of things not a problem at all.
