Terrible! Steer clear

Please read ALL the reviews!! This is not a hotel, more of a grotty inn above a loud restaurant/bar. The photos are incredibly misleading. We are two women travellers and recommend that you steer clear!

− We stayed for approx. 20 minutes (after paying) before making the hard decision to leave and forgo the (very high) booking cost. The room was dirty and smelly, we were led from the restaurant through a grotty backyard/storage area that reeked and was full of flies, then up some dingy stairs to an apartment. The apartment also smelt despite having been 'aired out' and the bathroom appeared mouldy. The person showing us the room seemed anxious and kept mentioning the fire alarms going off and doors locking. We decided to leave fairly quickly as the neighbours were shouting and banging doors and we felt generally uncomfortable. After leaving, I approached the property for a refund (having not touched anything and only having arrived 20 minutes prior) and me and my partner were aggressively accused of having 'mental issues'. This was a most upsetting experience and we are so lucky that we managed to find somewhere else to stay at such short notice. This is not a queer friendly place to stay and the images and information are wildly misleading.

− We hadden graag de mogelijkheid tot ontbijt, dat was er niet.

− Geen ontbijt mogelijk. Alleen via booking.com te booken terwijl ik in de buurt was op een eerder moment.

Ontbrekende hygiëne in mooie omgeving.

Goeie locatie, goed bed.

− Gebrek aan hygiëne. Vieze kussens, stinkende handdoeken en algen in de koffiemachine. Ook waren het bakje met thee en de zeepdispenser in de douche leeg.
