− Die Wohnung stank nach Rauch, volle Aschenbecher standen rum, insgesamt sehr dreckig.
Zimmer okay, Check-In ein NO-GO
6.0Zentrale Lage
− Leider mussten wir über eine Stunde regelrecht um die Check-In Daten für sechs Gäste und drei gebuchte Zimmer betteln. Etwas vergleichbares ist mir tatsächlich noch nie passiert. Der Betreiber baut offensichtlich auf eine künstliche Intelligenz am Telefon, welche dem Gast in einem solchen Fall aber nicht wirklich weiterhelfen kann. Am Ende gab es anstelle weder Verständnis noch eine Entschuldigung, so geht man nicht mit Gästen um.
