− Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, absoluter Modernisierungsstau. Es fehlen Fliesen im Bad. Für zwei Personen zwei Duschtücher, aber nur ein Handtuch und auch nur ein Handtuchhalter. Eine Kaffeepadmaschine auf dem Flur, die von den Gästen selbst bedient wird (sehr unhygienisch). Ein Getränke-Kühlschrank für alle Gäste, in dem Chaos herrscht. Das Personal ist nicht als solches zu erkennen. Auf Nachfrage nach Kaffeebechern wurde gesagt, das Haus sei voll, deshalb komme man nicht hinterher. Da stimmt wohl der Personalschlüssel nicht. Die Zimmer sind absolut überteuert für den gebotenen Standard.

− Unangenehme, stehende Gerüche auf dem Flur vor dem Zimmer / Das Bett (Klappbett) empfand ich durch die Rahmung als einengend
